Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product should not have any stains, damage, or odor

Any return that does not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

  2. Mention your Order ID along with the reason for return
  3. Attach clear images of the product (if required)
  4. Our support team will review your request and guide you with the next steps

Please do not send back any product without confirmation from our team.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
